Troops 28 and 1028 –

Please follow the steps below to complete registration by October 31.   

 

Step 1:  Complete the attached forms

• Registration Form

• Medical Form (Parts A & B) - You can resend forms from summer camp send C (physical if you have it already)

• Scout Oath Pledge Form - signed

Step 2: Deliver forms and your check to your Scoutmaster at an upcoming meeting OR mail forms & payment to:

• Troop 28, make checks payable to "Scouts BSA Troop 28 Hebron"

• Troop 1028, make checks payable to "Scouts BSA Troop 1028 Hebron"

A late fee of $40.00 will be assessed for any Scout registering after 10/31.
